Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy protects SiteMommy, its users, monitored websites, and third-party networks. It is part of the Terms of Service.

You may not use SiteMommy to:

• Break any law or violate another person's rights.
• Access, change, deploy to, or control a domain, hosting account, server, DNS zone, application, or file system without authorization.
• Probe for vulnerabilities, exploit security flaws, deliver malware, conduct denial-of-service activity, or evade access controls.
• Harass, stalk, threaten, impersonate, or collect sensitive information about another person.
• Overload SiteMommy or a monitored website through excessive, automated, deceptive, or coordinated requests.
• Bypass account, billing, plan, API, rate-limit, verification, or security controls.
• Share, expose, sell, or misuse passwords, tokens, API keys, webhook secrets, or integration credentials.
• Use monitoring results as the sole basis for emergency, safety-critical, medical, financial, or legal decisions.
• Copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create a competing service from SiteMommy except where law expressly permits.

Responsible monitoring

Use reasonable check frequencies and respect target-site protections. A public website may be monitored for ordinary availability when lawful, but deeper diagnostics and all infrastructure-changing features require proper authorization.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, limit requests, remove content, suspend features, revoke API credentials, or terminate accounts. We may preserve and disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law. If you believe an account is misusing SiteMommy, email abuse@sitemommy.com.
